Logging into your account
Getting logged into your account is pretty simple – all you need is your email address and password (case sensitive)
To login in, click on the user icon 'Hi There! Your Account', then ‘Sign In’. Simple enter your login details and you should be taken to your account dashboard screen.
If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry! Just click on ‘Sign In’, then ‘Forgotten Password?’. Simply enter your email address and the system will email you with a temporary password to get you back into your account. This password can then be changed to something more memorable.
Buying your favourite products on the webstore should be an easy process. Our quicklists function allows you to create a list of favourites which can be restrited to yourself (user favourites) or for everyone within your organisation (group favourites). To add a product to a quicklist, just find your product and click on '+ Add to quicklist'
Any favourites you had created on our old webstore will be contained within this area.
Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to view any contract products and prices which have been agreed with your account manager. To access your contract products, simply click on your account icon. Your account dashboard menu will pull in from the right hand side of the screen - from here, you can see the 'Contract Items' option near the bottom of the menu!
