Returns for all items excluding furniture products are free of charge and M&M Office supplies aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Any furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% restock fee. This will be applied when the refund is processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product we can arrange a return within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition; this includes no writing or instructions on the packaging. This is subject to the manufacturers returns policy. 

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items. 

We may accept returns after fourteen days but at our discretion and credit may not be 100% value due to the cost of restocking. 

To make a return please seal the item in the original packaging and email sales@mmoffice.co.uk or call us on 01273 497390 with the reason for return, product code, quantity and order number.

Business machines cannot be resold if the box has been opened, therefore you cannot return a business machine once it has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged.

 

Damaged Items/Shortages/Picking Errors


Damaged items, picking errors or shortages on an order must be reported to us within three days of receipt of the delivery. 

Faulty items

 

With the exception of Rexel and GBC Business Machines, the warranty for the first 6 months lies with M&M Office supplies. Please contact us by calling 01273 497390 or emailing us at sales@mmoffice.co.uk for the process.

 

Any Rexel and GBC Business machines unless dead on arrival must be claimed through the manufacturer Acco. For further information please contact us on the details above
